How can I help my 2 year old dog get over being scared of bicycles and in-line skaters?

My newly adopted, 2 year old Podenco/Pointer mix dog is afraid of bicycles and in-line skaters. We live near a popular cycle track which is perfect for walking her, but she barks at bikes and skates all the time. She also lunges towards the people on them. We walk her there all the time to “socialize” her, but her behaviour continues. How can we help her conquer her fears?

How to correctly date old Schwinn bicycles?

My grandparents gave me 2 Schwinn bicycles that they have had in their basement forever. One is a Schwinn Varsity and the other is a Schwinn Collegiate 3. The Varsity seems to be older than the Collegiate. My grandparents cannot remember when they bought the bikes, but they think it was between the mid 60s to the early 70s. I need to know how I can properly identify the year in which they were made. Also, if you could give me an estimate of their value, I would greatly appreaciate it!
